تلتزم مجموعةغندور بأعلى معايير سلامة الغذاء والجودة في سلسلة مراحل الإمداد، بدءًا منتوريد المواد الخام ووصولاً إلى المعالجة، والتخزين، والنقل، والتوزيع. نحن نطبقوننفذ بأتم وجه المتطلبات التي تتوافق مع مجموعة واسعة من المعايير واللوائحالمعترف بها دوليًا والتي تم تصميمها خصيصًا لكل فرع من فروعنا، وتشمل هذهالمعايير، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، لوائح الاتحاد الأوروبي، SFDA، GSO، Libnor، USFDA، Codex Alimentarius FSSAI، ISO 22000، FSSC 22000، HACCP، GMPs، GHPs GWPs. بالإضافة إلى ممارساتنا الفعالة في مراقبة الجودة،والتأكد بانتظام، والتحليل والتقييم الشامل، نعمل على تشغيل مختبر داخلي مجهزبأخصائيين مؤهلين لإجراء اختبارات الجودة (اختبارات كيميائية، وفيزيائية، وحسية)واختبارات مكروبيولوجية للمواد الخام والمنتجات الجاهزة. كما نتعاون مع مختبراتخارجية معتمدة لإجراء اختبارات مماثلة واختبارات متخصصة أخرى. يضمن هذا النهج أعلىمستوى من الجودة والسلامة للمنتجات التي نقدمها لمستهلكينا.

In line of our commitment, we have incorporated the Sedex requirements into our business framework, addressing four key pillars—labor, business ethics, health and safety, and environment—while also adopting the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code of Labor Standards to integrate ethical trade into our core business practices.
